Helen's Hearty Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 strips crisp bacon | ||
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Hamburger | 2 Pound | |
| Noodles | 12 Ounce | |
| 2 - 14 oz. jars Bravo spaghetti sauce | ||
| 2 cans cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Cream of chicken soup | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Fry bacon till crisp and set aside.
Brown onion and celery in bacon fat and put in casserole dish.
Brown hamburger in same pan.
Add salt and pepper to taste and add to casserole.
Cook noodles and put into casserole.
Pour sauce and soups into casserole.
Crumble bacon on top of above and mix well.
Bake at 250°F for 2 hours.
Add seasoned bread crumbs and brown a little under the broiler.
