Helen'S Baked Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
12 raw jumbo shrimp
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup dry white wine
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
Directions
Remove little legs from shrimp.
With sharp knife, split shrimp in half through top shell, being careful not to cut through membrane on lower side.
Remove intestinal vein.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
To make stuffing, combine 1/2 cup melted butter with remaining ingredients; mix well.
Stuff each shrimp with about 2 tablespoons mixture.
Place in individual baking dishes; drizzle with remaining butter.
Bake in 350° F oven for 15-20 minutes.
