Heavy Duty Garlic Rub Recipe

1 T ketchup

1 T cracked black pepper

1/2 T salt

1t olive oil

Mix all ingredients to make a thick paste.
Generously press into all sides of the beef.
Use immediately.
Makes enough for 1 large or 2 small steaks.
