| White grapes | 1 Pound, halved | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 1 Pound | |
| Whipped heavy cream | 1⁄2 Pint |

Directions
Combine egg yolks, lemon juice and rind, sugar and pineapple juice.
Cook in double boiler until thickened; cool.
Pour dressing over fruits and marshmallows; refrigerate overnight.
