 Granulated Sugar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground Cinnamon, For Garnish
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Fresh Fruit, Cut Into Bite-Size Pieces, For Dipping
 Pineapple juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/3 Cup Plain Non-Fat Yogurt

Directions

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch, mix well.
Stir in pineapple juice.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat, stir in yogurt.
Let cool, then cover and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, garnish dip with a sprinkling of cinnamon and serve with fresh fruit.
