Ingredients
2 pounds cranberries
2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
3 cups sugar
Juice and grated zest of 2 lemons
2 cups orange marmalade
Directions
Wash and drain the cranberries.
Layer the cranberries, walnuts, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and marmalade in a shallow baking dish.
Bake, tightly covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
