1. In a bowl, mix flour with egg yolk, butter, half a teaspoon of salt and powdered sugar; add it to a pie tin
2. In another bowl, mix vanilla pudding mix with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and quarter teaspoon of salt
3. Add evapouated milk melted butter and pumpkin and pour the mixture into a pie shell; bake for fifteen minutes at 375°F
4. Turn the heat down to 350°F and bake for another half an hour

5. Serve as appropriate
