Heavenly Pears Recipe

| Pear | 1 Pound, halves (ounce) | |
| Egg yolks | 2 | |
| Sugar | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Soda | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Graham cracker crumbs | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Walnuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted |

Directions
In saucepan, combine pear liquid, egg yolks, sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons flour; mix well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
Boil I minute.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Arrange pear halves over sauce.
Combine remaining ingredients in small mixer bowl.
Mix at low speed of mixer until well blended.
Sprinkle over pears.
Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Drop Meringue by spoonfuls around edge of casserole.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
