Heavenly Pears Recipe

Fruits is one of the few ingredients I like to include in my daily cooking and this is my comfort recipe that I usually prepare using it. Stop looking and just try this yummy Heavenly Pears recipe and you'll never ask for anything else.
Ingredients
1 pound 13-ounce can pear halves
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons plus
2/3 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon soda
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup Butter, melted
Directions
Drain pears; reserve 1 cup liquid.
In saucepan, combine pear liquid, egg yolks, sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons flour; mix well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
Boil I minute.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Arrange pear halves over sauce.
Combine remaining ingredients in small mixer bowl.
Mix at low speed of mixer until well blended.
Sprinkle over pears.
Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Drop Meringue by spoonfuls around edge of casserole.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
