Pineapple and Marshmallow Hash Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 egg
 
1/3 cup sugar
 
2 1/3 cups milk
 
3 Tbs. Minute Tapioca
 
1/4 tsp. salt
 
1 8 1/4 -ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
 
8 marshmallows, quartered
 
1 cup prepared Topping
 
2 Tbs. Chopped maraschino cherries

Directions

Beat egg until thick and light in color.
Gradually add sugar, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Blend in milk, tapioca and salt.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Pour into' saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Cool for 20 minutes; fold in pineapple and marshmallows.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, fold in whipped topping and cherries
