Hearty Steak Roll Ups Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon slices | 3 , cooked and crumbled | |

| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Beef steaks | 16 Ounce, very thinly sliced beef round (4 Steaks Of 4 Ounce -Sandwich) | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Tomato paste | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon, mixed with cold water to a smooth paste | |
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Heavy cream/Sour cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |

Directions
Place steaks on a flat surface, season lightly with salt and pepper, and place 1/4 of the filling mixture on each.
Roll up, jelly-roll fashion, and fasten with string.
Brown rolls lightly in hot oil and place in slow cooker.
Add onion, tomato paste, and water.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Remove beef rolls to a warm platter.
Pour accumulated gravy into a saucepan, add flour water paste and bring to boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
Stir in cream and serve at once over hot beef rolls.
