| Marrow bone | 1 | |
| Stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed To Cover) | |
| Cider vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Carrots | 2 , diced | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Celery stalk with leaves | 2 , chopped | |
| Potato | 1 , diced (Raw) | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), stewed | |
| Savoy cabbage | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced (If Desired, Zucchini, Escarole, Etc. Cut Into Small Pieces) | |
| Nutritional yeast | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
Cover bones with stock and vinegar.
Simmer for 2 hours.
Remove bones and skim top.
Add remaining ingredients, cover and rimmer for 20 minutes more.
