 Shin bone1
 Marrow bone1
 Stock1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed To Cover)
 Cider vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Onion1 , chopped
 Parsley3 Tablespoon, minced
 Carrots2 , diced
 Bay leaf1
 Celery stalk with leaves2 , chopped
 Potato1 , diced (Raw)
 Tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), stewed
 Savoy cabbage1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced (If Desired, Zucchini, Escarole, Etc. Cut Into Small Pieces)
 Nutritional yeast3 Tablespoon

Directions

Cover bones with stock and vinegar.
Simmer for 2 hours.
Remove bones and skim top.
Add remaining ingredients, cover and rimmer for 20 minutes more.
