Ingredients

 Onions1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 2 pounds ground raw turkey
 Tomatoes2 Can (10oz), cut into pieces
 Chili Sauce1 Bottle (1l)
 Chili powder1 Tablespoon
 Lemon pepper seasoning1 Teaspoon
 Dried basil leaves1 Teaspoon, crushed
 Dried thyme leaves1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Hot pepper sauce 1/4 Teaspoon
 Kidney beans2 Can (10oz), drained
 Sliced green onions Shredded Cheddar cheese
 Dairy sour cream or plain yogurt

Directions

In Dutch oven, sauté onions, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender.
Add turkey and cook until lightly browned.
Add tomatoes, chili sauce, chili powder, lemon pepper, basil, thyme and hot pepper sauce.
Cover; simmer 45 minutes.
Add kidney beans; simmer, covered, an additional 20 minutes.
Serve topped with green onions, cheese and sour cream.
