|Polish sausage||2 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Cubed red potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs) (1/2 Inch Cubes)|
|Canned chicken broth||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Vermouth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canadian bacon/Fully cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Sliced pepperoni||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced and separated into rings|
|Chopped carrot||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Bouquet garni||1 Teaspoon|

Microwave at High 6 to 8 minutes, or until crisp, stirring once.
Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
Microwave at High 10 minutes.
Reduce power to 70% (Medium-High).
Microwave 35 to 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking.
Spoon into two freezer containers.
Label and freeze no longer than 2 months.
To serve, remove from one container and place in 2-qt casserole.
Microwave at 70% (Medium-High) 21 to 29 minutes, or until hot, breaking apart as soon as possible and stirring 3 or 4 times.
