Hearty Sausage Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Hot water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots | 3 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Celery stalks | 2 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried basil leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon dried chervil leaves | ||
| Dried thyme leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cracked pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then into 1/4-inch slices | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | 1 Pint, cut in half | |
| 1 Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices | ||
| White beans | 1 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
In a 4-quart casserole combine water, onion, carrots, celery, and seasonings.
Stir.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 8 to 10 MINUTES on HIGH, or until mixture boils.
Reduce setting.
MICROWAVE 6 MINUTES on '6'.
Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, sausage, and beans.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on '6'.
Stir.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 8 to 10 MINUTES on HIGH, or until mixture boils.

MICROWAVE 6 MINUTES on '6'.
Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, sausage, and beans.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on '6'.
