Hearty Potato Sauerkraut Soup Recipe

| Sauerkraut - 16-ounce can, rinsed and drained | ||
| Mushrooms | 8 Ounce | |
| Potato | 1 Medium, cubed | |
| Carrots | 2 Medium, peeled | |
| Celery - 2 ribs, chopped | ||
| Kielbasa | 2 Pound | |
| Chicken - 2 1/2 cups, chopped cooked | ||
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dill weed | 2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Pepper | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |

1. In large slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook with cover on Low 10-12 hours.
SERVING
2. If needed, skim fat to serve.
