Hearty Hodgepodge Recipe
This is a kick ass recipe for hearty hodgepodge which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my french please. A good way to use up beef is to make some irresistible hearty hodgepodge. This hearty hodgepodge is so tasty that I can not resist serving it as a main dish often. This hearty hodgepodge is surely going to make you famous amongst your friends once they taste it. Try it right away!
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3 10 1/2-ounce cans condensed minestrone soup
1 31-ounce can pork and beans in tomato sauce
3 cups water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
Directions
1 In a kettle cook ground beef, celery, onion, and garlic for 5 to 7 minutes or until beef is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain well. Stir in the condensed soup, pork and beans, water, Worcestershire sauce, and oregano. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes
