Hearty Ham And Cabbage Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |

| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Shredded cabbage | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked ham | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Diced tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| Whole kernel corn | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Potatoes | 1 Can (10oz), quartered | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ketchup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
In a Dutch oven or soup kettle over medium heat, saute celery, onion and garlic in oil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1-1/2 hours.
