 1/2 lb. cod fillets, 3/4 inch thick, cut into 1-inch pieces
 4 seafood sticks (1 oz. each) cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine green pepper, onion and olive oil.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 2 to 3 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir in tomatoes, water, soup mix and Kalian seasoning.
Re-cover.
Microwave at High for 20 to 28 minutes, or until pasta is tender, stirring twice.
Gently stir in fish and seafood pieces.
Re-cover.
Microwave at High for 3 to 4 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork, stirring once.
