Hearts Of Palm-Avocado Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 heads Bibb lettuce | ||
| 3 14-oz. cans hearts of palm | ||
| 3 Ige. avocados, diced | ||
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces into salad bowl.
Drain hearts of palm; slice 1/4 inch thick.
Combine hearts of palm and avocados with lettuce.
Blend vin- egar with olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper; mix thoroughly.
Pour over salad; toss lightly.
