Ingredients

 1 head romaine lettuce, outer leaves removed
 1 small cucumber or 1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
 Plain yogurt1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Yogurt-Garlic Dressing:)
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon (Yogurt-Garlic Dressing:)
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped (Yogurt-Garlic Dressing:)
 Ground pepper1 To taste (Yogurt-Garlic Dressing:)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Wash lettuce and dry thoroughly; tear into bite-sized pieces, wrap in tea towel and place inside plastic bag in refrigerator until serving time.
Yogurt-Garlic Dressing: Mix together all ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate until serving time.
At serving time, place lettuce and cucumber in salad bowl and pour dressing over; toss lightly.
