Healthy Tuna Snack Recipe

A quick and simple "tuna salad" for those who need a snack during the day.

Ingredients

 
1 can light tuna, pinch dried thyme, dash ground black pepper, dollop light mayo (or substitute mayo with 1/4 - 1/2 avocado) 1tbs chopped yellow onion, 1 celery stalk

Directions

Open can of light tuna in water. Squeeze out water from can to produce dry chunk tuna. Empty tuna into small bowl. Add dollop (one heaping tablespoon) of light mayo or avocado substitute to bowl. Small dice 1 tablespoon onion and add to bowl. Rinse celery stalk under cold water and dry off. Cut down the middle length wise, then cut width wise into about 1/4 inch pieces. Add to bowl. Add dash black pepper and pinch of thyme. Stir and enjoy!
