Burek Pastry Roll Recipe Video
That is a delicious recipe, healthy and easy. You can impress your guests by serving them these Healthy Rolls. (made with Burek pastry). You can serve them as a starter or main dish with rice, pasta or a mixed salad. You can also fill them with as much veggies you want.
Ingredients
3 carrots
1 courgette
1 onion
1 tsp olive oil
15 g minced beef
250 g ricotta
1 egg
salt & pepper
Burek Pastry
Parsley
Directions
Medium heat the pan.
Add oil to the pan.
Add onion, saute them.
Add grated carrots, saute them.
Add meat and courgette to the pan, saute them.
Add salt.
Turn off the heat.
Put the mixture in a bowl.
Add cheese and parsley to the cooked mixture.
Mix them well.
Add egg to the bowl.
Mix well.
Fill Burek Pastry with the mixture.
Roll your pastry.
Bake the pastry in the oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.

The egg that was used - was it raw, as in beaten and tossed with the other ingredients in the bowl or was it cooked and then mixed in?
