1.Spread a thin layer of ricotta cheese on the wrap.
2.Add tomatoes, cilantro and basil, cucumber, Dijon mustard, chicken and green onions and avocado.
3.Roll it up tightly.
4.You can experiment with the spread and filling. Spread avocado instead of cheese or you can use a mixture of eggs, mayo and onions for the filling.
5.To make the dessert wash the berries and green grapes. In a big bowl mix together all the grapes and berries.
6.Cut the wrap into pieces and garnish with cilantro, serve with strawberries.
7.Garnish the dessert with a little orange zest and serve it in a tray with partitions.
