| Poblano chili | 4 Large, sliced | |
| Roma tomatoes | 4 Large, sliced | |
| Tomato sauce/Marinara sauce | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Large, slivered | |
| Garlic | 6 Clove (30 gm), finely minced | |
| Kalamata olive | 1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted | |
| Olive brine | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Dried basil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Gorgonzola cheese/Any italian cheese | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Red chili flakes | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon |

Directions
1. Slice and chop all the vegetables.
MAKING
2. Boil pasta in salted water.
3. In a large sauté pan, heat oil and add chilies. Sauté it for a while and add tomatoes in it.
4. Cover the lid and cook until tomatoes are soft.
5. Add garlic, dried basil and oregano. Stir for a while.
6. Add kalamata olives and olive brine. Stir it well.
7. Add tomato and marinara sauce and mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
SERVING
8. Serve with cooked pasta.
