| Vegetable oil/Canola oil | 2 Tablespoon | |

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
2. Wash the sliced potatoes under running water to wash off extra starch.
3. With a paper towel dry these “fries”.
MAKING
4. Put these fries on a sheet tray and pour olive oil and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of kosher salt. Toss to coat evenly.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, then toss and bake for an additional 10 minutes (for a total of 30 minutes).
SERVING
6. Serve with any dip of your choice, you could team it up with burger too.
