Fried Pork Rice and Teriyaki Salmon Recipe Video

Healthy pork fried rice and Teriyaki Salmon is a very easy dish. The fried rice is not only healthy but looks very appealing too. The fresh vegetables add color and flavor to it. Ingredients

 
1 c mushroom
 
1 c celery
 
1 c carrots
 
1 c green beans
 
1 c zucchini, julienned
 
1 pork steak
 
2 tbsp Green onion
 
2 c cooked brown rice
 
2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

1. Add oil, salt, pepper, a garlic clove and garlic salt and cook for 10 minutes at 400 F.
2. Saute onion, garlic on high heat. Caramalize the onions.
3. Add rest of the vegetables, salt, pepper, garlic salt and cook.
4. Add pork, mushroom and cook further.
5. Add green beans and stir.
6. Push the mixture to a side of the pan and add some oil and rice.
7. Mix the rice with vegetable mixture.
8. Add soy sauce, stir. Cover it with lid.
9. Sprinkle green onions and zucchini.
10. Bake meatballs in teriyaki sauce and salmon in pineapple juice.
11. Serve the meatballs, salmon and fried rice.
