Healthy Platter Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg | 1 , boiled | |
| Italian tomato | 1 | |
| Tofu | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Tomato juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Lettuce leaves | 4 | |
| Cottage cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ricotta cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cantaloupe slice | 2 | |
| Watermelon slice | 1 | |
| 1 small cluster of green grapes | ||
| 1 small cluster of purple grapes | ||
Directions
– Slice hard-boiled egg.
– Slice tomato without cutting completely to the bottom.
– Place 1 egg slice between each tomato wedge and set aside.
– Meanwhile, mix tofu, tomato juice, and parsley in a bowl.
– Arrange lettuce leaves in a serving dish and place cheese over lettuce. Spread other ingredients over lettuce and cheese in a colorful arrangement.
