Juicing with organic fruit and vegetables that I like, lemons, apples, kale, romaine lettuce, spinach, carrots. I prefer to use the Jack Lalane Juicer or you choose whatever kind you line. Just remember, don't use bananas or avocado in your juicer.

MAKING
