 Coconut1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame seeds2 Tablespoon
 Rolled oats2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Rice1 Cup (16 tbs), rolled
 Triticale1 Cup (16 tbs), rolled
 Oat bran1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Wheatgerm1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sunflower seed2 Tablespoon
 Pumpkin seed2 Tablespoon
 Pecans and walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Hazelnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Dried apricots3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apples1/2 Cup (16 tbs), dried
 Sultanas1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1.Combine coconut and sesame seeds in frying pan, stir constantly over medium heat until both ingredients are lightly browned.
Place into large bowl, mix in rolled oats, rice and triticale, then oat bran, wheatgerm, sunflower kernels, pepitas and nuts.
2.Chop apricots and apples into small pieces with scissors, stir into oat mixture with sultanas.
Transfer mixture to airtight container.
