Healthy High Fibre Muesli Recipe
Ingredients
| Coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Rolled oats | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), rolled | |
| Triticale | 1 Cup (16 tbs), rolled | |
| Oat bran | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wheatgerm | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sunflower seed | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pumpkin seed | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pecans and walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Hazelnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Dried apricots | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apples | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), dried | |
| Sultanas | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
1.Combine coconut and sesame seeds in frying pan, stir constantly over medium heat until both ingredients are lightly browned.
Place into large bowl, mix in rolled oats, rice and triticale, then oat bran, wheatgerm, sunflower kernels, pepitas and nuts.
2.Chop apricots and apples into small pieces with scissors, stir into oat mixture with sultanas.
Transfer mixture to airtight container.
