Healthy Gram Chaat Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup roasted bengal gram or chick peas | ||
| 1 cup sprouted green gram | ||
| Tomato | 1 , chopped | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| 1 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped | ||
| Green chilli | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Lemon juice to taste | ||
Directions
1. Boil sprouts in water till soft but not soggy.
2. Drain and chill well.
3. Add all ingredients and toss well.
4. Add a few pinches of chaat masala if desired.
