Healthy Four Grain Breakfast Recipe Video
Ingredients
Brown rice - 1/4 cup
Oat groats - 1/4 cup
Buckwheat groats - 1/4 cup
Black rice - 1/4 cup
Water - 5-6 cups
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sweetener (maple syrup, agave nectar, brown rice syrup) - 1/4 cup
Non-dairy milk (almond, soy, rice or hemp milk) -1-2 cups
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Before you go to bed, measure the grains into a crock pot.
2) Add 5-6 cups of water.
MAKING
3) Cover and set on Low.
4) Let it cook for 8-9 hours.
5) Stir in the salt and sweetener.
SERVING
6) Serve with non-dairy milk.
