Directions

GETTING READY
1) Before you go to bed, measure the grains into a crock pot.
2) Add 5-6 cups of water.

MAKING
3) Cover and set on Low.
4) Let it cook for 8-9 hours.
5) Stir in the salt and sweetener.

SERVING
6) Serve with non-dairy milk.
