Directions
1. In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar and mustard. Whisk well.
2. Add in the presses garlic and slowly pour in the oil and whisk until well blended.
3. Add in the honey, salt and pepper to taste and mix again.

4. Store this salad dressing in a tight container and use over any salad.
