Directions

MAKING
1.In a mixing bowl, throw in the flour.
2.Add the oats, baking powder and canola oil.
3.In a smaller bowl, mash up a soft banana and add to the mixing bowl.
4.In a large glass, pour the milk.
5.Add the frozen strawberries and the apple. Using a hand blender, blend the strawberries and the apple with the milk.
6.Pour in the mixing bowl.
7.Crack open an egg in the bowl. Whisk to mix everything in.
8.Heat a non stick skillet and brush with a small amount of canola oil.
9.Ladle in the batter on the hot skillet.
10.Flip when brown on one side.

SERVING
11.Serve with sugar free syrup.

TIPS
You can add a teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract to the batter if you wish.
