Healthy Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 small white cabbage, finely shredded | ||
| Carrots | 2 , grated | |
| Spring onions | 1 Bunch (100gm), sliced | |
| 75g ready-to-eat dried apricots | ||
| Pumpkin seeds | 3 Tablespoon, toasted | |
| 4 tbsp mixed chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley and mint | ||
| Natural yogurt | 150 Milliliter | |
| 2 tbsp half-fat creme fraiche | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a large salad bowl, turning them together to mix.
