1 pound HEALTHY CHOICE® Ground Beef
1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
2 egg whites or 1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl just until combined.
Press gendy into lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes until firm and heated through.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
