Healthy Chicken and Brown Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked chicken | 1 Cup (16 tbs), skinned | |
| Cooked brown rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raw zucchini - 2, unpeeled and cut into bite-sized pieces | ||
| Frozen spinach - 2 cups, defrosted, drained & chopped | ||
| Tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sherry | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.
MAKING
2) Take a bowl and mix all ingredients in it except sherry.
3) Pour mixture into a baking dish.
4) Pour sherry over the entire mixture and bake for about 40 minutes.
SERVING
5) Spoon out mixture on individual plates and serve immediately.
