Ingredients

 Cooked chicken1 Cup (16 tbs), skinned
 Cooked brown rice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Raw zucchini - 2, unpeeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
 Frozen spinach - 2 cups, defrosted, drained & chopped
 Tarragon1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
 Onion powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Sherry1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.

MAKING
2) Take a bowl and mix all ingredients in it except sherry.
3) Pour mixture into a baking dish.
4) Pour sherry over the entire mixture and bake for about 40 minutes.

SERVING
5) Spoon out mixture on individual plates and serve immediately.
