Healthy Artichoke Dip Recipe Video
Ingredients
Frozen spinach - 2 packages
Frozen artichokes - 2 packages
Garlic cloves - 3
Lemon - 1/2
Non fat chobani Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup
Salt
Pepper
Feta cheese
Udi's bread crumbs
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a blender and add frozen spinach, frozen artichoke hearts, and blend them.
2) Add yogurt, cheese, garlic, and blend them.
3) Add lemon juice and salt. Add the remaining ingredients and blend them all.
4) Transfer the artichoke dip in a baking bowl.
5) Make the bread crumbs and add to the dip along with some cheese.
6) Bake the dip at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
SERVING
7) Serve the dip in a serving plate.
