Healthy Snacks Recipe Video
Celebrity natural food chef, Bethenny Frankel shares some unique ideas on some healthy and easy snacks. Try all of these to give treat to your kids!
Ingredients
| Nonfat yogurt | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Almond extract | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Choco | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sliced almonds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Non sugar peanut butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy cheese slices | 4 Medium | |
| Whole grain bread loaf | 1 | |
| Tomato slices | 4 Medium | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Edamame | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
Almond Chocolate Chip Parfait:
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix them well.
All natural peanut butter toast:
Spread the butter on the toasted bread slice.
Soy cheese snack-wick:
Put one slice of soya cheese over the bread slice. Put your choice of vegetable or simply tomato slices on top of that. Season with salt and pepper.
Steamed edamame:
Microwave the soyabeans for about a minute. Season with salt to serve.
