Ingredients

 Nonfat yogurt1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Almond extract1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Choco1 Tablespoon
 Sliced almonds2 Tablespoon
 Non sugar peanut butter1 Tablespoon
 Soy cheese slices4 Medium
 Whole grain bread loaf1
 Tomato slices4 Medium
 Pepper To Taste
 Edamame1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Almond Chocolate Chip Parfait:
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix them well.

All natural peanut butter toast:
Spread the butter on the toasted bread slice.

Soy cheese snack-wick:
Put one slice of soya cheese over the bread slice. Put your choice of vegetable or simply tomato slices on top of that. Season with salt and pepper.

Steamed edamame:
Microwave the soyabeans for about a minute. Season with salt to serve.
