 1 tomato, peeled, diced, and sieved

 1 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed

 Cayenne pepper1 Dash
 Salad oil1 Tablespoon
 1 1/2 heads iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges and chilled

Directions

Combine lemon juice, tomato, onion, garlic, and avocado.
Stir in salt, cayenne pepper, and salad oil; blend well.
Arrange iceberg lettuce wedges on platter and pass dressing.
