Healthful Iceberg Lettuce Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Salad oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 heads iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges and chilled | ||
Directions
Combine lemon juice, tomato, onion, garlic, and avocado.
Stir in salt, cayenne pepper, and salad oil; blend well.
Arrange iceberg lettuce wedges on platter and pass dressing.
