Head Over Heels Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| Ice Cubes - 4 to 5 nos | ||
| Juice of Fresh Lime OR Lemon - 1 no | ||
| Sugar Granules OR Sugar Syrup - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Vodka - 3 parts | ||
| Angostura bitters | 3 Drop | |
| Champagne | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a cocktail shaker, add the ice cubes.
2) Pour in fresh lemon or lime juice, vodka and angostura bitters.
3) Add in sugar syrup or sugar granules, whichever you are using.
4) Give the mixture a good shake, till it starts to frost on the outside of the shaker.
SERVING
5) Pour the cocktail into a highball glass.
6) Pour a little champagne over it and serve.
