4 cloves garlic, crushed

2 cups (480 ml) fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup (60 ml) Hazelnut Flour

1/3 cup (80 ml) Parmesan cheese

1 cup (240 ml) Hazelnut Oil

Sea salt, to taste

Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender for 20 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
This sauce is delicious on pasta.
