 Hazelnuts1 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 Tbsps liquid honey
 Juice of a lemon
 1 1/2/ cups/350 g raspberries
 Brown sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whipping cream2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a food processor grind the hazelnuts adding honey & lemon juice.
MAKING
2. Into an 8" /20cm quiche or flan dish press the mixture and chill.
3. Thereafter whip the cream.
4. Into the pie shell pat down the raspberries, sprinkle with the brown sugar and pile the whipped cream on top.
5. Keep chilled.
