Hazelnut Flan and Raspberries Recipe
Ingredients
| Hazelnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 Tbsps liquid honey | ||
| Juice of a lemon | ||
| 1 1/2/ cups/350 g raspberries | ||
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipping cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. In a food processor grind the hazelnuts adding honey & lemon juice.
MAKING
2. Into an 8" /20cm quiche or flan dish press the mixture and chill.
3. Thereafter whip the cream.
4. Into the pie shell pat down the raspberries, sprinkle with the brown sugar and pile the whipped cream on top.
5. Keep chilled.
