Hazelnut Cookies Recipe

8 oz. light cream cheese
 
3 tsp granulated fructose
 
1 tsp vanilla extract
 
1 egg
 
1 egg white
 
1 cup all-purpose flour
 
1/2 tsp baking soda
 
1/2 tsp baking powder
 
1/3 cup hazelnuts, finely ground

Directions

Combine cream cheese, fructose, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
Beat until fluffy.
Beat in egg and egg white.
Beat at least 3 minutes.
Combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl.
Stir to mix.
Gradually beat flour mixture into cream-cheese mixture.
Stir in ground hazelnuts.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 3 hours or until completely chilled.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from pan and place on cooling rack immediately.
