Hawaiian Spareribs Recipe

Ingredients
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 lb. spareribs, cut in small pieces | ||
| Salad oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pineapple juice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 c. plus 1 tbsp. water | ||
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pineapple | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
Directions
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and soy sauce to ribs.
Heat oil in skillet; brown ribs.
Add flour; stir into oil.
Add pineapple juice, remaining salt, sugar, vinegar and 1 cup water.
Simmer until pork is tender, about 40 minutes.
Make paste of cornstarch and remaining water.
Add to pork mixture.
Add pineapple to pork; simmer several minutes.
