Hawaiian Oranges Recipe
Ingredients
1 orange
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon rum
1/4 oz butter or margarine
Whipped cream or ice cream for serving
Directions
Peel orange and separate into segments.
Place on a piece of aluminium foil.
Turn sides of foil up, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and rum and dot with butter.
Wrap securely in foil and place on barbecue over hot coals for approximately 15 minutes.
Turn once while cooking.
