Hawaiian Crepes Recipe
I have a recipe which is very near and dear to my heart and that is of Hawaiian Crepes. This Hawaiian Crepes as a Main Dish is a winner! This recipe will save you dollars which you have spent at French restaurants for similar or perhaps inferior taste. Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, sliced
1 green pepper, cut into small strips
1 8 ounce can pineapple chunks with syrup
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup chicken bouillon
2 cups cooked chicken, cut in small pieces
1/4 cup cashews, chopped
12 crepes
Directions
Melt butter and cook onion and green pepper until soft.
Add pineapple, honey, vinegar and soy sauce.
Dissolve cornstarch in bouillon and add to pineapple mixture.
Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Stir in chicken and cashews.
Heat.
Fill warm crepes and fold.
Serve immediately.
