Hawaiian Cake Recipe
I have to admit this recipe of Hawaiian Cake is on my favorite list. A delicious Dessert, the Hawaiian Cake completes your meal. The Hawaiian Cake is made with Fruits which is easy to find at any grocery store. Ingredients
7 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 can flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. rum flavoring
4 c. graham cracker crumbs
Directions
Cream margarine, sugar and eggs thoroughly.
Add salt and baking powder.
Drain 1/4 cup juice from pineapple; reserve juice.
Add pineapple, coconut, pecans, vanilla, flavoring and crumbs; mix well.
Pour into waxed paper-lined tube pan.
Bake at 350 de- grees for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
Remove from pan; pour reserved juice over cake while warm.
Add salt and baking powder.
