Hawaiian Bologna Buns Recipe

Ingredients
4 large hard rolls
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons instant type flour
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 pound bologna, cut in 1/4 inch cubes
1 can (8 1/4 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Directions
Cut a thin slice across top of each roll and set aside.
Cut out centers of rolls to make shells. (Save centers to use for a crumb topper or croutons.)
Combine butter or margarine, flour and milk in a small saucepan; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and boils 1 minute; remove from heat.
Stir in seasonings.
Mix bologna, pineapple and green onions in a medium size bowl; stir in sauce.
Spoon into rolls, dividing evenly; set tops of rolls over filling.
Wrap each roll in foil.
Bake in hot oven (425°) for 35 minutes, or until heated through.
