Hawaiian Barbecued Spareribs Recipe

Ingredients
| Spareribs | 4 Pound | |
| Vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 14 To taste, chopped | |
| 1/2 a molasses | ||
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Onion | 1/2 , chopped | |
Directions
Cover ribs with 2 quarts water and 1/2 cup vinegar.
Bring to boil; simmer for 20 minutes.
Brown ribs in a greased skillet; place in a deep baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Remove cover the last 15 minutes.
Turn ribs once during baking.
