Hawaiian Turkey Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup fresh snow peas
1/4 cup water
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced diagonally
2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, reserve juice
5 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granules
Dash ground ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions
Place snow peas and water in 3 quart casserole.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 4 minutes.
Drain.
Add onion, green pepper, celery, turkey and pineapple chunks.
In 4 cup glass measure, combine pineapple juice, cornstarch, bouillon, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce and vinegar.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 4 minutes, until sauce is clear and thickened, stirring every minute.
Pour sauce over turkey and vegetables; stir to coat.
Cover.
Microwave at high (10) 6 to 8 minutes until heated through.
